My fabric stash is onto me

I think my fabric stash is onto me. It would like me to stop making promises I can’t keep. 😅

Not every new bundle comes home with a project in mind. Whether that project ever happens is apparently a running joke on my shelves.

I know I’m not the only one with fabric that has been waiting patiently for years. So tell me, did we just become quilty BFFs? 😄

Creator’s Note: Our Quilty Cartoons often start with a real-life quilting moment. Dave (my husband) is the illustrator behind the comics, and I’m usually the inspiration for the story. He’s been drawing comics since he was a kid, created a comic strip for our university newspaper when we were dating, illustrated editorial cartoons, and even produced weekly comic-style Sunday School lessons for years. It’s been so much fun combining his love of drawing with my love of quilting to create these for our quilty community each week. ☺️
