Hearty Sunsicle - T-shirt

A pink heart. A half-sun rising from behind it. A stick at the bottom, a little drip on the side. It's a popsicle—and a heart—and somehow both at once makes complete sense. Flat geometric shapes, no outlines, just bold clean color against a warm yellow background. The most minimal design in the collection, and maybe the one I love most.

This is one of Dave's Stately Type designs—not our usual quilty tees, but a side of our shop I love bringing out every once in a while. Dave is my graphic designer husband, and Stately Type was where he made the things his designer brain kept inventing: illustrated pieces, hand-lettered graphics, tees that came purely from his own eye. He makes the simple things look inevitable.
