👋 Hello my quilty friends! It’s time for Saturday Morning Cartoons — our weekly dose of quilty comics!

This week: a tribute to the most notable quilters in history. 😉

A little behind the scenes — my husband Dave is the illustrator behind these. He’s been drawing comics for years (he even had one in the school newspaper back when we met at BYU!), and we had way too much fun dreaming these up together.

Every one of these “firsts” is really just something we modern quilters know all too well. All in good fun, and all with love for the makers who came before us.
