Official Rules – Maker Valley $100 Shop Credit Giveaway

1. Sponsor
The Maker Valley $100 Shop Credit Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Stately Type, Inc. DBA Maker Valley, located at 2851 Apache Lane, Provo, UT 84604 ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platforms where it may be promoted.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals of all ages. Employees of Stately Type, Inc. DBA Maker Valley, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on February 20, 2025, and ends on February 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (MT) ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit their email address via the official Giveaway entry form on [makervalleybrand.com]. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries or the use of automated systems to enter may result in disqualification.
5. Prize
Three (3) winners will each receive $100 in store credit to be used at [makervalleybrand.com]. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within 5 days after the Entry Period ends. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
7. Privacy
Email addresses collected for this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Stately Type, Inc. DBA Maker Valley's privacy policy, which can be found at https://makervalleybrand.com/policies/privacy-policy.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of a prize.
10. Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of Utah, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Utah.
