“In 2019, I attended Riley Blake’s amazing Garden of Quilts event. It was so inspiring! At one point, I ran into an old friend and her husband and we chatted for a bit. Her husband mentioned something about all the 'blankets' on display and (since I know them pretty well) I just had to correct him. 'They’re not blankets!' I said (with maybe a little too much conviction). My husband, Dave (@statelytype), immediately started laughing because he's heard me say some variation of 'It's not a blanket!' about a hundred times. 'That HAS to be a Maker Valley tee!' he said. What do you think? Does this ever happen to you? If so, do you correct the person?”
